The original undiluted spirit of the flagship label Ryugu.
It is first aged for one year in stainless steel tanks, then transferred to a wooden-lidded tank designed specifically for long maturation, for an additional year—two years in total.
It opens with a deep, sweet aroma reminiscent of brown-sugar wheat snacks.
On the palate, the initial impression is sharp and surprisingly smooth for its strength, followed by a lingering, complex sweetness from brown sugar and rice koji, offering a rich and weighty finish.
As an unfiltered genshu, it retains a vivid intensity and powerful character.
