Crafted with Okinawan brown sugar and Japanese rice koji, its aroma—born from traditional earthen-pot fermentation—offers a subtle, nutty roast character with mineral-tinged sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.
Although overall dry in impression, a pleasant fragrance lingers softly on the palate.
We aimed for a flavor that “naturally settles into the body and never wears you out.”
