Kokuto shochu can only be distilled in the Amami Islands, and only 26 distilleries are permitted to produce it.
Wanting to share the beauty of these islands with the world through this rare spirit, we designed the ISLAND bottle in a turquoise green inspired by Amami’s ocean—
a color that stands out even on the shelves of stylish bars.

To make shochu easier to enjoy casually, we set the alcohol content at 40%, making it ideal for cocktails as well.
Its brown sugar sweetness and the depth of rice koji create a rich, satisfying flavor.
